When you arrive and check in at reception you will receive an ID wristband that allows you to use the services you have purchased at Spa Resort Libverda.
Due to the fact that the ID wristband serves as the unique identifier of Spa Resort Libverda clients, it is not possible to provide ID wristbands without firmly fastening them around your wrist.
ID wristbands are colour-coded according to food type and dining hall. The colours of dining halls are displayed at the entrance.
The ID wristband allows our clients FREE access to guided tours and social and cultural events organised by Spa Resort Libverda (unless otherwise stated in the resort’s cultural calendar). It further allows clients to claim vouchers for refreshments, e.g. coffee and sweet snacks or a bottle of wine, included in purchased guest packages.
Your ID wristband is fastened around your wrist by our reception staff and must be retained for the entire duration of your stay. A fee of 5,000.- CZK is payable in the event of the intentional damaging or loss of a wristband.
Our wristbands are made of anti-allergenic material, water-resistant and can be used during all of our procedures without restriction.
