The Jizera Mountains are the ideal ski terrain, especially for cross-country skiers. The easy profile and now traditionally well-maintain ski trails create outstanding conditions for both sports cross-country skiing and ski tourism. Today the length of the Jizera cross-country ski trail is around 115 km.
The entry point from the spa is Smědava (12 km), with a guarded parking lot, or you can go by hiking along the red trail up to Hubertek - 6km. It is possible to use the spa taxi for transport.
The Jizera Mountains are very generous to skiers for their amount of snow and nice weather, and in the number of suitable hills with lovely ski centers with downhill ski slopes.
The newly built ski lift Gondola with ski slope is found in the nearby Polish city of Swieradow Zdroj (10 km). For passionate skiers, Gondola offers 2.5 km of downhill slopes, and is also attractive for night skiing - it is one of the best-illuminated centers in all of Poland.
The new ski complex - 1 large gondola-type ski lift, 3 chair lifts, 5 modern tow lifts, 13 km of downhill courses of varying difficulty and a snow park. The downhill courses are suitable for families with children but also for very experienced and demanding skiers.
