In the Jizera Wellness Centre, you will enjoy a milk bath, a massage of your choice, and a paraffin hand treatment. This perfect combination will help your entire body relax."

Milk Vital Bath (30 min.)

Enjoy a milk bath infused with rose petals to rejuvenate and soften your skin. A glass of sparkling wine and Chistian's spring water are served alongside the bath.

Choose one of the massages

Partial classic massage (25 min.)

This is the most commonly used type of massage. Primarily a therapeutic treatment, it also serves as a preventive tool against various ailments. The massage can be focused on the back, neck, lower limbs, or upper limbs.

Partial aroma massage (30 min.)

This relaxing massage incorporates the healing effects of essential oils. Gentle, long strokes promote gradual relaxation, allowing the essential oils to penetrate the lymphatic system and bloodstream.

Chocolate massage (30 min.)

Chocolate is rich in antioxidants, making it excellent for hydrating the skin and improving skin tone. This massage is a true indulgence for those who love its delightful scent. It positively impacts the immune and cardiovascular system, promotes immunity, reduces blood pressure, and generates pleasant sensation by releasing endorphins. This light massage features long strokes that provide relaxing and regenerative effects.

Honey massage (30 min.)

Warm honey is applied to the body with gentle techniques that help remove unwanted toxins. This treatment helps reduce fatigue and depression and can also assist in relieving nervous disorders.

Hand-administered paraffin bath

This is a very pleasant and effective treatment that involves applying warm cosmetic paraffin to the hands. The spa experience begins with a gentle hand massage. The benefits of the paraffin treatment are noticeable immediately, leaving your hands feeling soft and looking more beautiful.
