Welless Center Jizera
Recharge your body and soul with energy at our Wellness Center Jizera. Take a rest in a pleasant environment and put yourself in the care of our experienced therapists who, with the help of natural products, will help to regenerate your whole body and give you the feeling of complete relaxation. You can use new swimming pool, sauna, steam room and carbonic bath.
You can enjoy a wide range of wellness treatments and relax in the sauna, whirlpool or other treatment procedures. Visitors to our resort can also avail themselves of our Fitness Centre, with its stunning view of Smrk, the highest peak of the Jizera Mountains.

Treatment Rehabilitation Center Libverda
Spa Resort Libverda primarily treats clients with problems of the musculoskeletal system, those requiring post-surgery care of the spine and due to joint replacement, and patients with cardiac and circulatory system diseases.
Therapy also includes peat wraps, whirlpools with various additives, various types of massages (classical, reflexology, underwater), pool exercises, mobilization techniques, exercise with physiotherapists, exercise using machines, continuous passive motion (CPM) devices, electrotherapy, and more.
Each patient’s therapy is specified and adjusted according to a medical check-up upon admission or based on recommendations from physicians and specialists.
At Spa Resort Libverda, we take maximum advantage of the effects of local mineral springs, especially for carbonated baths. Mineral springs are of the bicarbonate-magnesium carbonate type with elevated silicic acid content. They are hypotonic and cold. Average carbon dioxide content is 2400 mg/l. For other procedures and treatment methods, modern equipment and the latest approaches are used.

Wellness centre with swimming pool
The services can be found in the historic building on the colonnade, and it is recommended to book a time on the treatment schedule by calling 482 368 657, 737 862 794 (weekdays 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) or e-mail rozpis@lazne-libverda.cz. You can find here heated swimming pool 12x4 m, Finnish sauna approx. 85°C, Steam sauna 45 °C, Illuminated Kneipp walkway and a relaxation zone.
Opening hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for hotel guests.
Public access to the centre Monday - Friday 4:00 p.m.-8 p.m., weekend 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m - 8 p.m.
