is a leading Czech country singer (and more) who, over her professional career, has recorded more than 160 songs with Czech Radio, Czechoslovak Television, Czech Television, Supraphon, and other studios. Many of these tracks are still played on Czech radio stations and have been released on numerous records and CDs. Her most played hit is Čekej na můj Jumbo Jet, which has aired many thousands of times. Hana has performed with several bands, but she became most widely known to country music fans as the lead singer of Schovanky during their most successful era. During her time with Schovanky, the band performed at festivals and events all across Europe. Throughout her career, Hana Lounová has shared the stage with many prominent local and international stars.
